A man suffered a fractured skull and a bleed on the brain when he was punched to the ground in a pub car park.
The victim, aged in his 30s, had been sleeping in his car outside the Ascot Arms in Central Avenue, Gravesend when a man in his 20s approached with a group of friends.
He knocked the passenger side door with his arm, and when the victim got out of the vehicle, a struggle ensued.
The victim was then punched to the ground, where he hit his head on the concrete.
He was taken to hospital with a fractured skull and brain haemorrhage, which he still needs treatment for.
The assault happened at about 8pm on Saturday, July 2, but details have only just been released as police issue CCTV of a suspect.
