A man has been caught on camera dumping black sacks full of hay in a residential street.

The fly-tipper drove into St Benedict's Avenue in Gravesend last Monday at around 12.30pm and proceeded to unload his vehicle at the side of the road.

He was filmed committing the offence by a resident of the road, who claims to have reported it that afternoon.

The rubbish was still there on the following Monday morning, but had been cleared before the end of the day.

Gravesham council has been contacted for a response.
