Hearts could be melting this Valentine’s Day if shoppers in Gravesend town centre on Saturday correctly guess how long it takes for a mammoth ice sculpture to thaw - and reveal a sparkling diamond pendant.

The 14ft block of ice conceals the handmade piece of jewellery, donated by Dennis Burrows Jewellers.

Our kmfm team will be starting the countdown clock at 10am in the St George’s Centre at the rear of Mothercare.

The ‘How Deep is Your Love’ competition runs until 4pm and the person who guesses the correct, or closest, time will win the pendant.

Several stalls will also be in the centre throughout the day selling a variety of Valentine’s gifts.
