Emergency services were called to help a woman who fell from a balcony.
She had been trying to fix a faulty alarm on an exterior wall when she plunged to the ground.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to Liverymen Walk, Greenhithe at 8.15pm on Saturday.
The woman was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries, which are not thought to be life-threatening.
A Kent Air Ambulance mission report said she suffered injuries to her neck, upper leg and lower arm.
