Ebbsfleet have signed midfielder James Ball from Stevenage.
The 23-year-old made 21 appearances for the League 2 club last season and scored away to Norwich City in the EFL Cup.
Ball becomes the sixth player to join Ebbsfleet this summer after defenders Jamie Grimes, Ayo Obileye and Aswad Thomas, midfielder Alex Lawless and striker Gozie Ugwu.
Ball came through Bolton's academy and went on loan to Hyde United before spending time with other non-league clubs in the north-west.
Spells at Northwich Victoria and Stalybridge Celtic preceded his move to Stockport in 2016 and it proved to be a breakthrough deal for Ball.
He scored some crucial goals to help County reach the National League North play-offs in 2017/18 before Stevenage paid a five-figure fee for his services.

Ebbsfleet host Charlton Athletic in their next pre-season friendly on Tuesday night.
Kick-off is at 7.30pm with tickets priced £10 adults, £7 concessions, £5 juniors and £1 under-12s.
