Ebbsfleet United assistant manager Ian Hendon has left the club.
Former Leyton Orient boss Hendon had been Fleet manager Garry Hill's right-hand man since he took over at Stonebridge Road in November last year.
Fleet have already named Hendon's replacement with former Tottenham and Colchester player Kevin Watson joining the club as first-team coach.
Watson has left his role as assistant manager at National League South Hungerford to move to the Fleet.
The 45-year-old's playing career also took in Swindon, Rotherham and Reading while he has also been an assistant manager at Stevenage and Eastleigh, as well as enjoying a spell as Bishop's Stortford manager.
Watson will be in the dugout alongside Hill for Fleet's televised National League trip to Harrogate on Saturday.
A club statement said: "On behalf of the manager, club and players, we would like to thank Ian for all his hard work on and off the pitch since his arrival at the club alongside Garry last November."
Hendon leaves with the Fleet 23rd in the National League, above Chorley only on goal difference with 10 points from their first 14 games.
