Pre-season training has started for Ebbsfleet United.

Steve Brown's players were put through their paces in the first group session of the summer on Saturday at Cobdown Sports & Social Club, their new training ground.

It marks the start of a new era for the Fleet, who will train three mornings a week from now on in a move which takes the club a step closer to full-time status.

First-team coach David Jupp put on a tough session for the players.

New signings Kenny Clark, Matt Johnson and Matt Godden were among the group, having been introduced to their new team-mates.

Ebbsfleet's first pre-season friendly is away to VCD Athletic on Saturday, July 12.
