Ebbsfleet signed off their week-long training camp in Portugal by beating second-tier side SC Farense in a friendly match on Friday.
Jordan Parkes scored the only goal of the game, the former Hemel Hempstead midfielder one of four new signings fielded by Fleet manager Daryl McMahon.
Goalkeeper Jon Miles and midfielders John Paul Kissock and Robbie Willmott all came on to make their first appearances for the club since joining earlier in the summer.
Aiden Palmer missed out with a slight knee problem although fellow full-back Joe Howe played the full 90 minutes, having missed the back-end of last season with a troublesome shoulder injury.
Ebbsfleet also hit the crossbar and tested the Farense goalkeeper, with little action at the other end.
The squad now fly home to resume their preparations for Vanarama National League South.
Fleet are away to VCD Athletic on Tuesday in the first of six friendlies on home soil - although only one of those is on their home ground - before Basingstoke Town visit Stonebridge Road for the season-opener on Saturday, August 8.
Ebbsfleet: Hall, Fish, Howe, Bonner, Clark, Osborn, Johnson, Parkes, T Lewis, Godden, Kedwell. Subs: Miles, Edwards, Acheampong, Shields, Rance, S Lewis, Kissock, Cunnington.
