Fleet's battle on the home front

GRAVESEND & Northfleet return to Stonebridge Road on Saturday with manager Andy Ford urging his players to improve on their poor home form.
The Fleet have treated supporters to just four league wins at Stonebridge Road this season and Ford said: “It is a problem we must overcome.
"We have got some big games coming up against Morecambe, Barnet and Aldershot so it’s important that we turn our home form around.”
Fleet are expected to hand a home debut against Morecambe to midfielder Moussa Sidibe, brother of Gills striker Mamady. He came on as a 51st minute substitute for Rob Owen in last Saturday's 2-1 win at Forest.
Former Gillingham goalkeeper Charlie Mitten, another newcomer, could be on the bench on Saturday following his arrival from Margate on a non-contract basis for the rest of the season.
He replaces former second choice goalkeeper Alex O'Reilly who has left the club. Ford has also allowed defender Eddie McClement to join tenants Dartford on a month's loan.
Saturday's match will be striker Roy Essandoh’s last before the end of his loan from Bishops Stortford. The impressive Lee Protheroe has returned to Canvey Island at the end of his loan period.
