Ebbsfleet United looking to make if five straight wins when Whitehawk visit in Vanarama National League South

Ebbsfleet United can make history over the Bank Holiday weekend.
They host Whitehawk on Saturday looking for a fifth straight win which would equal their best start to a season in the post-war era.
And with the local derby against Dartford to come at Princes Park on Monday, the Fleet could make it six in a row at the start of a campaign for the first time since Gravesend United and Northfleet United merged in 1946.
Manager Daryl McMahon knows the importance of extending their winning run in Vanarama National League South.
He said: "We’ve started the season well. We’ve won every match so far and we go into the game with confidence but we respect Whitehawk and we’ve done our homework.
"We’ve still got lots to improve on and lots to prove after where we finished last season. Whitehawk finished 12 points above us and they were play-off finalists.
"We’ve had them watched and we know they’re a good side. They played well on Saturday against Chelmsford and they’ve got good individual players like Scott Neilson and Sergio Torres – but we have as well."
Ex-Fleet full-back Chris Sessegnon is now in a Hawks side managed by McMahon’s former Farnborough boss Steve King.
John Paul Kissock joined Ebbsfleet from the Brighton club in the summer and academy coach Osei Sankofa – who played with McMahon at Stonebridge Road under Steve Brown – was also a Whitehawk player last season.
McMahon said: "We’ve had them watched two or three times. I’ve played against them and I’ve played for Steve King so I know how he sets his teams up from
my two years at Farnborough.
"He brings in good players and his teams are open, expansive and attacking. If they get on top, they’re hard to stop. He recruits well and it’s no different this season.#
"It’ll be a big test. Neilson, Sam Deering and Torres are good players and the key area will be the middle of the pitch. Steve will want to control the ball and so do we."
