Ebbsfleet have signed former Dover midfielder Michael Corcoran.

He becomes the seventh ex-White in manager Steve Brown's squad at Stonebridge Road.

Corcoran said: "I am looking forward to teaming up with Steve Brown again. He is an excellent coach and I really enjoyed working with him previously. I have been impressed by his ambition and the club’s and I can’t wait for the season to start."

The 25-year-old, who represented Northern Ireland at under-21 level, helped Brackley Town finish third in Conference North last season.

Corcoran came through the Cardiff City youth system. He was loaned out to Oxford United before the move was made permanent in May 2007.

He joined Rushden & Diamonds in February 2008 and stayed at Nene Park until the club folded in summer 2011.

Martin Hayes brought Corcoran to Dover soon afterwards and he was offered a new deal by Nicky Forster at the end of the 2011-12 season.

Corcoran instead chose to leave Kent and sign for Brackley. The Northamptonshire side reached the Conference North play-offs last season but lost 1-0 to FC Halifax Town in the final.
