Ebbsfleet boss Steve Brown has been named Skrill South manager of the month for November, while Fleet striker Michael Thalassitis has picked up the division's player of the month award.

Brown led his side to six straight wins in all competitions during November.

Ebbsfleet climbed to third in the league, progressed through two rounds of the FA Trophy and reached the semi-finals of the Kent Senior Cup.

They scored 17 goals in the process and conceded only three.

Thalassitis, on a season-long loan from Stevenage, scored four goals in November.

The Cyprus under-21 international netted in Ebbsfleet's 4-0 league win over Concord Rangers and followed that up with the opening goal as the Fleet won 4-1 against Bromley in the FA Trophy.

Thalassitis' most important goal came against Basingstoke on November 23, when it earned the Fleet a crucial 1-0 win against their promotion rivals.

And the 20-year-old capped a fine month on Saturday when his goal helped Ebbsfleet to a 3-0 win over Gloucester City in the Trophy.
