GRAVESEND & Northfleet manager Andy Ford will be hoping his side bounce back to form following six league games without a victory when they play hosts to bottom side Kettering on Saturday.

The Fleet boss said: "This is a big game for us and hopefully we'll have a few players back although we haven't had much luck in the past few days.

"I had the bizarre situation of two players (Jimmy Strouts and Hamid Barr) dropping out of last Saturday's game on the Friday night because their partners were going into labour.

"Amazingly I also pulled out of another possible deal for Tim Cole in the week for the same reason."
