Ebbsfleet United have signed Jake Goodman.
Centre-half Goodman is new Fleet manager Dennis Kutrieb's 11th summer addition and is the third defender to be added to the team's new-look squad.
Goodman joins Ebbsfleet as he leaves National League outfit Bromley.
The 26-year-old was not involved in Bromley's squad when the Ravens beat Fleet 3-1 in August 2019 but he did start for Bromley in a 2-1 victory over Ebbsfleet in September 2018.
Goodman signed professional terms with Millwall in 2012, despite interest from Newcastle.
While with the Lions, Goodman spent time on loan with Staines Town, Luton, Aldershot and AFC Wimbledon before he signed for Margate.
The 2016/17 campaign saw Goodman sign for Braintree and start 21 National League games.
A switch to Maidenhead followed in the summer of 2017 and he helped them to finish in 12th in the National League.
For the 2018/19 season, he linked-up with former Gillingham and Fulham player Neil Smith as he signed for Bromley, where he has spent the past two seasons of his career.
Bexley-born Goodman was delighted to sign for Ebbsfleet, saying: "I’m looking forward to getting back into pre-season.
"It’s going to be tough, we’ve had a long break and we’ll need to be prepared to work hard and hit the ground running.
"I’ve played at Ebbsfleet lots of times, I’m local to the area and I’m used to the surroundings so (I'm) just waiting to get started now."
Fleet will begin the new season in National League South after finishing last term third-bottom in the National League on a points per game calculation.
