THE takeover of Ebbsfleet United by MyFootballClub.co.uk looks to be seven days away.
The website has asked its members to approve a deal to purchase a 75% controlling stake in the club costing £635,000.
The 27,000 members have until 12pm on January 23 to record their vote and should they ratify the takeover, it will go to an EGM where the club's current shareholders will make the final vote.
Will Brooks, the man behind MyFootballClub.co.uk, said: "We are confident of an overwhelming 'yes' vote.
"Over the last two months, members have been incredibly enthusiastic about Ebbsfleet United.
"We believe it will be the first website-community takeover its kind in the world, not only in football but in any industry."
The website's member will also be voting to allow Liam Daish to continue with any planned January transfer window activity.
Daish said: "I'm pleased this limbo period is coming to an end as it can be unsettling.
"We're all excited about strengthening the club together and pushing on."
