BRANDS Hatch have announced an exciting calender of events for the new season.

The World Touring Car Championship roars into town on July 26 with the World Superbikes taking place the following month from August 1.

From May 2, the increasingly popular A1 GP World Cup of Motorsport takes centre stage the DTM arrives on August 30.

Jonathan Palmer, chief executive of MotorSport Vision, owner of Brands Hatch, said: "Britain is riding on a motorsport high following the success of Lewis Hamilton in Formula 1.

"I hope this enthusiasm for motorsport will spread, so more people support different forms of motor racing and other British talents."
