Daryl McMahon wants Ebbsfleet to make another fast start when high-flying Harrogate visit Stonebridge Road on Saturday.
The Yorkshire side have hit the ground running since their promotion to the National League and arrive in Kent just a point off the top.
Fleet have struggled at home, conceding the first goal in all seven matches and going on to lose five of those.
But their 3-1 win at Dagenham last weekend should give them confidence ahead of what promises to be an entertaining clash.
McMahon said: "The first goal at home is important. The start's important and we know we've got goals in us.
"Harrogate are a good side who score lots of goals.
"Emmett, the young lad in midfield, is a very good footballer. They'll be tough but I'm only worried about us.
"It's important for us to go home, get the crowd behind us and put on a good performance."
Reise Allassani is set to make his home debut after joining on loan from Coventry City.
McMahon said: "Reise gives us another dimension to what we’ve had.
"He can run in behind and dribble in behind so if somebody’s deep, he can take players out of the game with the ball and without the ball.
"It maybe frees Corey Whitely as well because instead of having to mark Corey, you’ve got to worry about him as well.
"I've said to Reise 'you never have a bad debut' so he’s got to build on that.
"He’s a player that we’ve liked for a while. He’s a real talent and he loves football.
"He was outstanding on Saturday. He's destined for higher leagues and we're lucky to have him."
