Ebbsfleet have agreed a deal for Tranmere striker James Alabi.
Alabi has been on loan at Dover this season but he'll join Fleet on a permanent deal on Wednesday subject to paperwork.
The 23-year-old was at the Gallagher Stadium on Tuesday night to watch his new team-mates beat Maidstone 2-1 in the National League.
Ebbsfleet manager Daryl McMahon said: "We've got to do the paperwork tomorrow but everything's agreed with us, Tranmere and James.
"He's 23, which is important for me. You've got Coulson 23, Powell 23, Magri 23 and Darren McQueen 22 so we've got some young players who we think we can really develop at the club.
"He's the right sort of profile for us so hopefully James will come in and rediscover the form he had last year at Chester and even get better than he has been. I think he's a real talent.
"He's a proven player and he's hungry to do better than what he was last year. He's not had a great six months at Tranmere and Dover but he wants to kick on again and we're delighted to have him.
"He played a little bit wide at Dover rather than through the middle but I see him as a striker. I think he's definitely a No.9 with pace, power and we've seen him score goals.
"Hopefully he'll be an asset for us."
Alabi earned himself a move to Tranmere after scoring 17 goals for Chester during 2016/17.
He made nine appearances for Rovers before joining Dover on loan and featuring in 10 games for Chris Kinnear's side, most recently their 2-1 home defeat to Aldershot on Saturday.
