Ebbsfleet have completed the loan signing of wideman Ashley Nathaniel-George from Southend.
The 26-year-old has plenty of Football League experience with Crawley and Southend while he has also featured for Potters Bar and Hendon in non-league circles.
He arrives, initially for a month, with the Fleet stretched by injuries in wide and defensive positions.
“We have injuries at the back and out wide,” Fleet boss Dennis Kutrieb told the club website.
"He’s a very interesting, very exciting player and we’re lucky to be able to get him in from Southend as he is one we have been aware of and watched for some time.
"He has been out injured for a spell and this is his opportunity to get some proper game time. More importantly, he is ready to come straight in and put his stamp on games.”
Ebbsfleet sit fifth in National League South, seven points behind leaders Dorking Wanderers with a game in hand. They host Slough at Stonebridge Road on Saturday.
Kutrieb has consistently stated that he'd only make small changes to his squad through the season. It's only the third signing since August, albeit they have all happened in the past fortnight.
Keeper Louie Moulden arrived from Premier League Wolves as a replacement for departed loan keeper Josh Gould, who returned to Swansea after eight appearances for the club in the first half of the season.
Striker Shaquile Coulthirst joined from Billericay on Tuesday, giving Fleet extra attacking options with key striker Rakish Bingham currently sidelined through injury. Both players made their debuts in an impressive 5-0 defeat of St Albans on Tuesday night.
