GRAVESEND are almost certain to have new tenants playing at Stonebridge Road next season.

Chairman Brian Kilcullen has confirmed that talks to replace present lodgers Dartford with a so far unnamed club were at an advanced stage.

Their tenancy agreement ends next month when the The Fleet are confident of securing a replacement.

Mr Kilcullen said: "We are talking to a club but it would not be fair to name them at this stage.

"Ever since Dartford announced their decision to leave, we have been actively pursuing a replacement club. Something could develop, we’ll have to wait and see."
