Ebbsfleet's FA Cup Second Round clash with Fleetwood will be shown live on ITV.
Fleet were drawn at home to the League 1 club after beating FC Halifax at Stonebridge Road last weekend.
The tie will be played on Sunday, November 27 (12.30pm), with Fleet receiving £60,000 in broadcast fees.
TV bosses see upset potential with Dennis Kutrieb's side unbeaten at the top of National League South.
Fleetwood, the club where Leicester striker Jamie Vardy made his name, are currently 15th in their division.
Ebbsfleet last reached the Second Round in the 2003/4 season, when they lost 2-1 at home to Notts County, then of what is now League 1.
That game was also shown on live TV, with Steve Perkins putting Fleet on course for an upset before losing in added time.
Ebbsfleet's game is one of four televised matches in the second Round.
