Ebbsfleet United have signed midfielder Billy Holmes on a permanent deal from Derby County.
The Fleet announced the move on Wednesday night with the teenager moving to Stonbridge Road from the Championshop outfit.
Holmes started as a schoolboy at West Ham but moved to Pride Park in the summer.
He is the second youngster to join the Fleet in recent weeks after defender Reiss Greenidge penned a deal. Greenidge has since been loaned out to fellow National League South side Hemel Hempstead.
