Ebbsfleet United have signed former Charlton Athletic defender Grant Basey.
The 24-year-old, who played more than 50 times for the Addicks, was released by Wycombe Wanderers in May.
He is predominantly a left-back but can also play at centre-half and on the left wing.
Basey missed almost the whole of last season through injury, having ruptured his anterior cruicate ligament in training last September.
However, he is now fully-fit and goes straight into Steve Brown's Fleet squad for their Kent Senior Cup tie at Sittingbourne on Tuesday.
Basey, who has represented Wales at under-19 and under-21 level, also has Football League experience with Brentford, Barnet and Peterborough United.
His last senior appearance was in Wycombe's 1-0 defeat at Southend on September 1, 2012.
