Tobi Adebayo-Rowling has joined National League Notts County on a two-year deal.
The 25-year-old turned down a new contract at Ebbsfleet United to link up with managerless County.
A quick right wing-back, Adebayo-Rowling missed the final two months of the season through injury after damaging his knee against former club Eastbourne at the end of February.
He made 23 starts and one substitute appearance for the Fleet, being credited with one goal at home to Maidstone, when his cross was deflected in by a Stones defender.
Adebayo-Rowling made 20 starts for Ebbsfleet during the curtailed 2020/21 season.
Notts County claimed that Adebayo-Rowling turned down offers from Football League clubs to make the switch to Meadow Lane.
A statement from County's board of directors stated: “Tobi has all the attributes we look for in an attacking full back or wing back.
“He has extreme pace, is defensively strong and possesses one-v-one ability to create chances in the final third.
“He joins us after an excellent couple of seasons at Ebbsfleet, where he has really kickstarted his career.
“Tobi has turned down strong offers from a number of league clubs in order to join us and we're delighted that he sees Meadow Lane as the best place to develop further.”
On leaving Ebbsfleet, Adebayo-Rowling said: "It’s very emotional leaving. I wish the club all the best for the future and send my love to all the staff and supporters.
"Ebbsfleet is a club in my heart and I really hope to see you all back where you belong next season.”
County are currently without a manager after boss Ian Burchnall left to join Forest Green after their National League play-off defeat to Grimsby last week.
