GRAVESEND & Northfleet have completed the signing of Sittingbourne's highly rated midfielder Andrew Drury after agreeing a £1,700 fee with the Dr Martens League side.
Drury, 20, signed a two-year deal and was quick to make an impact with the goal that gave the Fleet the lead before they lost 3-1 to Millwall in Thursday's friendly.
Last season the youngster had trials with Derby, Gillingham and Bournemouth.
Manager Andy Ford has also completed the signing of former West Ham goalkeeper Alex O'Reilly from Thurrock. Though he failed to break into the first team at Upton Park, he made seven appearances for Northampton while on loan.
O'Reilly's signing compensates for the loss of first choice Paul Wilkerson who tore ankle ligaments playing at home with his children earlier this month. He is likely to be out until September at the earliest.
Defender Eddie McClements, a former Fulham trainee, has also signed for the club.
Fleet's James Pinnock, who scored a spectacular goal in Fleet's 1-1 draw with Thurrock on Saturday, faces his old club Gillingham in Saturday's friendly at Stonebridge Road. Steve McKimm, Rob Owen and Jimmy Strouts are all unavailable for the game which kicks off at 3pm.
