Ebbsfleet United will return to train at K Sports this season after leaving their Kings Hill base.
Fleet previously used K Sports, which was then called Cobdown, as their training ground between 2014 and 2016.
The National League club have agreed a two-year deal at the Ditton venue.
Ebbsfleet boss Daryl McMahon said: "We've gone back to where we started and we're looking forward to it.
"I've been there twice in the last few weeks and it's very nice.
"The facilities are a lot better than they were before and it's better than Kings Hill.
"We've not had a grass pitch for the majority of the season. We've done a lot of work on the 3G, which I don't think is ideal.
"I prefer to be on the grass. I don't think you'll find a single football player or manager who would rather be on a 3G pitch than a grass pitch - whether they've got one or not.
"I know the business model of the 3G pitch is massive for clubs but I think everybody would prefer to be on grass.
"K Sports looks a lot different now to when we were there before. The quality of pitches is a lot higher, the gym's good and they've got a 3G there as well if and when you need it.
"It ticks a lot of boxes. It's a great facility to be fair and we're looking forward to using it."
