Ebbsfleet’s home ground will be ready in time for the start of the new Conference South season on August 17.
Ongoing refurbishment work means Stonebridge Road is currently unsafe for spectators and will not host any pre-season friendlies until the end of July.
PHB Construction are carrying out the stadium work, which Fleet vice-chairman Peter Varney confirmed was on schedule.
He said: “It’s all starting to come together but there’s so much that needs repairing. The preparatory work on all four stands is at an advanced stage.
“Our maintenance team and ground staff have been brilliant in the supporting work they are undertaking around the stadium. The new pitch is growing well and we are on course to meet our works programme timetable in all areas.”
New rooves are being put on the Plough End and the Liam Daish Stand and work is also being done to large sections of the perimeter fence.
Meanwhile, the exterior of the main stand is being resealed and turned red in time for the new season.
“When people come back, there won’t be new stands but everything will be looking fresh,” said Mr Varney.
