Tonbridge Angels' reward for seeing off Wingate & Finchley 3-0 on the road on Saturday is a mouthwatering home tie against non-league giants Hereford, who lead the way in Southern League Division 1 South and West as they continue to rise the ladder after being reborn following the collapse of Hereford United in 2014.
Ebbsfleet cruised to a 5-0 win over AFC Sudbury on Saturday with Darren McQueen and Stuart Lewis scoring two apiece.
Their reward is another home tie, against Havant & Waterlooville who now play in the Ryman League Premier Division.
Dartford followed Fleet into the next round after withstanding a fightback to register an eye-catching 3-2 win at Chelmsford, with Elliot Bradbrook scoring twice.
Darts will head to Slough, leaders of the Southern League Premier Division in the next round.
Margate and Welling United joined them in the hat for Monday's draw after routine 2-0 wins over Biggleswade Town and Whyteleafe respectively.
They were both drawn at home to lower-division sides in the next round with Gate set to host Ryman League Division 1 South side Hastings United and Welling hosting Swindon Supermarine of Southern League Division 1 South and West.
Folkestone Invicta saw-off Waltham Forest 3-1 to earn their place in the third qualifying round where they will venture to Oxfordshire to face North Leigh FC who are chasing the play-offs in Southern League Division 1 South and West.
Several sides face replays this week to secure their progress after draws on Saturday.
Faversham travel for a replay at Hitchin on Monday evening with the winner handed a home tie against Egham, conquerors of VCD Athletic on Saturday.
On Tuesday night Herne Bay host Hemel Hempstead with a trip to Gloucester City at stake while Thamesmead welcome Hanwell Town, aiming to secure a trip to Merstham or Colliers Wood United in the next round.
The lowest ranked Kent side left in the draw were Sevenoaks, who travel to Chesham United seeking a home tie with big-guns Staines in the next stage.
Elsewhere on Saturday Hythe bowed out 4-2 at home to Walton Casuals and VCD Athletic lost 2-1 at Egham.
Third qualifying round ties will take place on Saturday, October 1, with £7,500 in prize money for the winners of each tie.
