Corey Whitely has left Ebbsfleet to sign for Newport County.
He's the latest Fleet player to agree a move into the Football League after Ebou Adams joined Forest Green last week.
Whitely arrived at Stonebridge Road in February 2018 and scored 11 goals in 64 appearances.
Newport paid an undisclosed fee for Whitely, who has signed a two-year deal with the League 2 club.
He said: "I can't wait to get the ball rolling. I'm buzzing, I am really looking forward to getting started.
"I can't wait to meet up with the boys, get to know them and get pre-season underway and obviously then the season."
Newport manager Michael Flynn said: "Corey is a very exciting player. He is a player with lots of pace and can also play in a number of different attacking positions.
"Corey has taken a pay cut to sign and play for this football club which already shows me his desire to play well for Newport County. I can't wait to see him in action."
Whitely had a year left on his deal at Stonebridge Road so his departure frees up cash for manager Garry Hill to invest back into his squad.
The 27-year-old was unplayable on his day and scored some spectacular goals, including a screamer away to Salford City last season.
