Ebbsfleet boss Daryl McMahon felt his team produced their worst football under his leadership on Tuesday night.
McMahon was not impressed with his team as they were held 1-1 by an impressive Hampton & Richmond side at Stonebridge Road.
"To be fair Hampton deserved it," said McMahon.
"In the second half we were really poor. I said to the lads it’s probably the worst 45 minutes since I’ve been manager here.
"It lacked everything we’ve been good at, the technical quality was almost zero. It’s normally, especially here, so free-flowing and so good on the ball but we didn’t see any of it. It was really poor and Hampton got what they deserved.
"Their front four are pretty good carrying the ball. They are all quick and all can handle the ball so they are difficult to play against but I expect us to deal with them better. I can’t make excuses for us.
"In my 18 months here that second 45 minutes was the worse I’ve seen without a shadow of doubt.
"There was no quality in it at all from our perspective and it’s nowhere near good enough for the club.
"We need to move on quickly and the players need to perform or we might need to move things about.
"Everyone is under threat. If you’re not doing your job properly then you are going to be under threat, simple as that."
McMahon praised the performance of striker Bradley Bubb, who gave the Fleet an early lead after making his first league start since August.
"Bubb is going to get goals. I’ve said that all along and Bubb knows that," said McMahon.
"He has been unlucky because of the form of McQueen and Kedwell earlier in the season Bubb will touch 20 goals this season without a doubt because he is a real goalscorer.
"He is a goal threat when he is playing like he did in the first half. I thought he was excellent."
