Adam Mekki has joined Dorking Wanderers after leaving Ebbsfleet United last month.
The 30-year-old midfielder steps back up a level to join the National League new boys, who beat the Fleet 3-2 in the play-off final at Meadowbank.
Mekki started only five games for Ebbsfleet this term and made 10 substitute outings so his departure from Stonebridge Road at the end of the campaign was expected.
He scored against his new club Dorking for the Fleet when the Surrey side won 5-1 in National League South in January.
Mekki has previously played for Dover, Tranmere and Bromley.
Dorking boss Marc White told his club's website: "Adam has significant experience at this level and I feel like he will add versatility into how we play next season. He is a strong, tricky winger who scores goals."
Mekki is the second player to leave a Kent club and join Dorking in the close season as they earlier announced the signing of former Dartford midfielder Jack Jebb.
Jebb scored six goals for Dartford in the 2021/22 campaign, making 38 starts and two substitute appearances for the club having initially moved to Princes Park from Wealdstone in February 2020.
