Ebbsfleet's Daryl McMahon has been rewarded for his team's perfect league record in January.
The Fleet boss was named Vanarama National League South manager of the month after bagging four wins from four games.
The Fleet defeated fellow promotion rivals Dartford, Chelmsford and Poole Town during that period - and also won at Wealdstone.
Speaking at the end of January, McMahon said: "We try and win every game on merit.
“On paper it was a difficult month and we’ve come through it very well. Like Tony Burman said, every game we play is a cup final for the other sides. We have to be ready for it every week.
“We’re happy with the results but January has gone now, we’ve had a good month."
The National League South player of the month award was won by Ian Herring of Hungerford Town.
