Ebbsfleet boss Dennis Kutrieb has been named National League South manager of the month for October.
The Fleet won three league games and two FA Cup ties in October.
Ebbsfleet chief executive Damian Irvine told the club website: "This is fantastic recognition for all the hard work, dedication and commitment by Dennis and all the backroom staff for not only the month of October but everything they’ve put in place through pre-season and before.
"Of course it’s early days and no club wins anything in October - we have a busy November coming up, and an equally busy December and beyond and that’s what Dennis will be fully focused on moving forward.
"But this award shows the direction we’re heading in and want to continue heading and I know all our fans will join me in congratulating Dennis and his team."
The Fleet won 3-1 at Slough, 1-0 at Eastbourne and then 1-0 at home to Braintree to collect nine points out of nine in the league in October.
The month also saw FA Cup wins over Aylesbury United (1-0) and Hampton (2-0) to set up Saturday's first round tie at Leyton Orient which saw the League 2 club run out narrow 1-0 winners.
Dartford's Steve King won the award for August and September.
