Ebbsfleet manager Dennis Kutrieb wants his team to make the most of home advantage.
The Fleet finished third in National League South after last weekend’s 2-1 win over Chelmsford, which means they went straight into this Sunday's play-off semi-final.
Ebbsfleet will entertain Chippenham, who won on penalties at Dartford on Thursday night, and Kutrieb wants them to push home the advantage of playing at Stonebridge Road.
“It would be amazing if we have the fans on Sunday just pushing the boys forward and don’t give them any more pressure,” said Kutrieb.
“They will have the pressure naturally in that type of game, because if you don’t win then you’re out so we just want to make sure we win.
“The boys will leave everything out on the pitch so you just need to make sure as a fan that you try to push the boys as hard as you can - nothing different would help. That’s the only thing they could do.
“The players will be ready and will fight for each other and the fans.
“It’s just decision-making on the day, making more right than wrong decisions.
“Regardless of who we play there will be patches in the game where we suffer and we’ll have to have a bit of luck or a good piece of goalkeeping because the other team are there for a reason, they deserve to be in the play-offs as well.
“But if we make good decisions on the day and the fans try to push every single player, then I am confident we have the chance to get a good result.”
