Ebbsfleet have a shot at redemption when they host Woking on Tuesday night.

Fleet lost 1-0 at Kingfield in November and their tepid display that night angered manager Daryl McMahon.

They go into the rematch just three points outside the National League play-offs but McMahon said: "I'm not really thinking about the top seven to be honest.

"The biggest thing for me is that we played Woking away earlier in the season and were poor - probably the worst we've played all season - and since that night I've been thinking about this game because we really under-performed on that night and I'm looking for a huge reaction.

"We're a far better team today than we were that night.

"We've got a lot of players back from injuries that didn't play that night, we've got a couple of new players as well.

"That night, for me, wasn't a good night. We were poor and I'm looking forward to Tuesday to hopefully banish it."

Ebbsfleet can make it three straight wins on Tuesday - something they've only managed once this season.

On-loan Fleet winger Anthony Cook can't play for Woking against his parent club, while the home side will assess full-back Lawrie Wilson and midfielder Dean Rance after they picked up knocks in the 2-1 win at FC Halifax on Saturday.
