Jack Powell earned rich praise from his manager after starring in Ebbsfleet's 4-0 win over Margate on Monday.
The former Millwall midfielder curled a brilliant free-kick into the top corner from 25 yards and later played an inch-perfect through-ball for Sam Deering to run onto and score.
Powell, who's been in and out of the Fleet side since joining the club in the summer, really showed his class after being recalled to the starting XI by boss Daryl McMahon.

McMahon said: "I’m delighted for Powelly because he needed a good performance and he did it.
"You can see with his set-plays he is very accurate, corners, free-kicks, his delivery and range of passing is very good. To be fair to him today, he was outstanding.
"He does bring us a composure that we’ve not had. He brings deliveries from set-pieces and he’s a goal threat from set-pieces, he’s got two (free-kicks) here now already.
"It’s his awareness, his vision’s very good, he opens up the pitch for us and he’s a good player."
Powell was one of several Ebbsfleet players in sparkling form at Stonebridge Road, where two goals in each half knocked the stuffing out of Margate.
McMahon said: "We picked a very attacking team and we were on the front foot for the majority of the game. We probably should have scored a few more.
"Sam Deering’s a good player, very bright, very clever, he links things together. He’s a little pest, a little ball of energy and Kiss (JP Kissock) was terrific in there as well.
"Kiss ended up being the defensive player in midfield and he marshalled that really well."
The game's most controversial moment came 10 minutes before half-time when Gate keeper Lewis Ward raced out of his box and brought down Deering.
Last man Ward got away with a booking and although the incident didn't affect the outcome of the game, McMahon felt referee Elliott Kaye made the wrong decision.
He said: "The ref said he felt Sam was going away from the goal, so it was a yellow card.
"If it was (defender Yado) Mambo who brought him down, it would have been a red, so I don’t see why it’s not for the keeper."
