Ebbsfleet have signed Chris Sessegnon after the former Dover winger turned down a move to Skrill South rivals Eastbourne Borough.
Sessegnon, 20, turned out for the Fleet in their 3-1 win against Erith & Belvedere last week, before scoring for Eastbourne against an Aldershot XI on Saturday. But he has chosen to renew acquaintances with Ebbsfleet manager Steve Brown - his first-team coach at Crabble last season.
And the Fleet have also brought in striker Alex Osborn on a youth loan from Dagenham & Redbridge. The 20-year-old came off the bench for Ebbsfleet in their first game of the summer, a 5-1 win away to Thamesmead.
Brown said: "I am delighted to have signed two young players who are athletic, willing to learn and hungry to have successful careers. They will go straight into the squad for this Saturday’s match at home to Havant and Waterlooville."
Ebbsfleet are waiting to hear back from Dominic Green after offering the former Dagenham winger a contract. Green impressed during his five pre-season appearances for the Fleet, but the 24-year-old is also considering offers from other Skrill South clubs.
Saturday's game against Havant kicks-off at 3pm.
