Ebbsfleet winger Sean Shields has joined Hemel Hempstead on a month's loan.
It's the third time this season Shields has been loaned out, having already played for the Fleet's National League South rivals Chelmsford and Margate.
Shields, 24, who joined Ebbsfleet from Dagenham & Redbridge, has only played once for his parent club all season - and that was in the Kent Senior Cup.
He looked set to join Margate on a permanent basis but that deal collapsed and Fleet were critical of the way transfer negotiations were handled by the east Kent club.
Shields could make his Hemel debut at Whitehawk on Saturday, where he's likely to line up against his Fleet club-mates Michael West and Craig Braham-Barrett - who are both on loan with the Hawks.
In total Shields has made 20 appearances for Ebbsfleet, scoring once.
