An injury-time goal from Igor Vetokele secured a point for Charlton against 10-man Huddersfield to maintain their unbeaten start to the season in League 1.
It was Vetokele who caused Huddersfield’s Murray Wallace to be sent off just before the break.
Vetokele tripped the Addicks forward outside of the box when in on goal.
However, it was the home side who opened the scoring through Nahki Wells on 50 minutes when he converted Tommy Smith’s cross.
Vetokele proved to be Charlton’s main threat and after going close on a few occasions before he finally levelled late in the game as the away side’s greater possession finally told.
