Manager Daryl McMahon has warned Ebbsfleet not to change their mentality despite going top of the table.
Danny Kedwell’s last-gasp strike took the Fleet above Maidenhead in National League South on Saturday on goals scored.
It is the first time Maidenhead have not been top since August.
But McMahon warned: “We can’t change – we’ve got to keep on doing what we’ve been doing.
“We know that we will lose a match, draw a match and win a match – all of the teams will – but we can’t affect what anyone else will do. The only time we can think of another team is when we play against them.
“As a club we need to focus on what Ebbsfleet do and everybody (at the club) should be the same.
“The fans should only be about us. Who cares what Dartford or Maidenhead or Hungerford or Poole are doing?
“It’s important that every time, as manager, players or fans, we perform to our best of our ability for our team."
The Fleet host fourth-placed Hungerford on Saturday at Stonebridge Road before visiting Hemel Hempstead on Tuesday night.
