An air ambulance was called to a private address in a seaside town over the weekend.

The helicopter was spotted yesterday afternoon in a field close to the property in Hampton, Herne Bay.

Air ambulance officials confirmed the vehicle arrived at the scene at 2.45pm.

It left 10 minutes later to take the patient to hospital.

The South East Coast Ambulance Service was also at the scene of the medical incident.
