Two people, including a 13-year-old boy, remain in police custody this afternoon after they were arrested on suspicion of theft from a vehicle.

An 18-year-old man and the boy, both from Margate, were arrested in Reculver Road in Herne Bay in the early hours of this morning (Monday).

They are both in police custody.
