He died after a crash on the A20 near Hollingbourne on Sunday, September 14. The news shocked the town, with tributes and flowers being laid outside his salon.

Now his funeral has been set for Wednesday, October 1. There will be dancers from The Dead Horse Morris Side performing outside the salon from 1.15pm. Then the memorial service at the Kings Hall will begin at 2pm.

Kevin’s wife Kay, 36, said: “The service is also open to all. No flowers, but donations can be sent to my justgiving page and we will have collections on the day.

“The dress code is anything Kev would have approved of. Those that know him will understand that!”
