Firefighters free man from car in Beacon Hill, Herne Bay

Firefighters had to cut a man free from a car after it crashed into a post box this morning.
The accident took place in Beacon Hill, Herne Bay at around 10.30am.
Two fire engines attended the scene and the crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove the vehicle's roof and free the trapped man.
A woman, who was out of the car by the time crews arrived, is also believed to have been travelling with him.
Both were then treated by paramedics.
The extent of their injuries is not known.
