Police find missing Herne Bay man

A man who disappeared after travelling in to Kent on a train from London has been found safe and well.
Matthew Biggar was reported missing just after midnight from Herne Bay.
The 33-year-old was believed to be in or around Ashford after travelling by train from London.
He was found at around midday.
