Plans for two three-storey seafront homes equipped with a cinema have been approved.

Cain's Property Partnership submitted the proposals for the plot in Western Esplanade, Herne Bay, to the local authority at the start of the year.

It will demolish the existing property before erecting two five-bedroom houses.

The application for the homes on the seafront has been granted (8757148)

In planning documents, the developer says they will have a double garage, study, cinema room and gym.

A neighbour had objected to the plans, stating that they were too large and out of character with the rest of the area.
