Thieves swipe bronze cross from church

Thieves have stolen a 3ft bronze cross from the lychgate at a Herne Bay church.
The cross was last seen in the gate at St Martin's Church in Herne Street on Sunday and reported missing on Monday.
It's believed it was taken for its metal value and police are appealing for information about the theft.
