An appeal has been launched after a man in a car made inappropriate comments to a woman.
The incident happened in Herne Bay High Street at about 9pm on Friday.
The woman was walking near the junction with Station Road when a blue Nissan Micra pulled up and a man made inappropriate comments.
He was then challenged by another person and drove away.
Following enquiries by the police, a 64-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of harassment and later bailed pending further enquiries.
