A 10-year-old boy will have his drawing feature on the side of ambulances across Kent.
Riley Latham from Herne Bay won a competition which asked children under 11 to submit a design which incorporated a rainbow, NHS logo and a supportive message.
South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) received more than 1,000 entries in just one week.
A judging panel had the "tricky" job of whittling down the entries.
It announced two winning designs from Surrey and Sussex too.
Riley's design is expected to feature on the "special ambulances" across Kent in the coming weeks.
SECAmb operational team leader Neville Bettley, who suggested the trust hold the competition, said: “It was amazing to see so many entries come flooding it.
"It shows the strength of support out there for the ambulance service so thank you to every single child who sent a design in.
"I’m really looking forward to seeing the designs on the side of our vehicles and I know they will be very well received as they are seen out and about in the community."
SECAmb is planning feature the many hundreds of unsuccessful entries on ambulance station walls across its region.
