Homebase managers hope karma awaits thieves who swiped Buddha statues from their shop in Herne Bay.

The garden ornaments were taken between 6.10am and 6.30am on Tuesday.

Thieves also damaged a fence at the store on the Eddington Business Park, as well as swiping hare statues.

Police are now appealing for witnesses.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time is asked to contact police on 01843 222289, quoting ZY/4963/17.
